Mimi works as a Junior Art Director. She attributes her love for design, patterns and crafts to her upbringing, growing up in the shophouse above her grandfather's (and subsequently her parents') textile shop during her early years.

Mimipong.com contains some of Mimi's more personal/playful ideas and illustrations that don't fit in with the requirements of her day job. She uses her own means and spare time to produce these ideas that she wish would grow into a big collection of objects that mirror her personal interest and allow her to meet like minded peeps.

Mr Pong is a sporadic but essential contributor to Mimipong. He works as a Graphic Designer and co-exists peacefully (and sometimes conflictingly) in a parallel universe with Ms Mimi. Mr Pong's love for typography, book-making and paper craftsmanship allows him to contribute to Mimipong.com by future means of experimenting with various visual and tactile methods of communication.
